  1. Shareallicu the map app is included on every iPhone,iPad and iPod Touch. All you need is wi-fi access and you won't have to pay a fee to use this. However, to use the phone, voicemail and other features outside of a wi-fi zone, then you'll need to purchase a data plan from a carrier like AT&T or Verizon etc…

  2. Marie at this point no. However the latest iOS updates will show you various routes to use. Pick the one that doesn't have traffic, or is the most convenient for you. Maybe Apple will provide more features to choose from with future updates!

  3. Any messaging phone with internet accesss should be able to download the Google Maps app. Try it when you're in a wi-fi zone… if not, then try Google Send to Phone – it enables you to send text messages of Google Maps content to your mobile phone…

  4. Sok Heng Yoen I think that maybe those were some issues Apple has fixed since 3 months ago, with their latest 6.01 software update. If you still have problems, I suggest you download a different Google Maps from the apps store. Good luck my friend!

  5. I'm not sure what you mean by blue line since on iOS5 the street view is a gold color line. I think you mean the blue Route lines, and no there's no street view of those — yet… be ready for iOS6 in Sept., we understand there will be exciting upgrades to Apple maps!
